Utility Emergencies

Emergencies come in many forms including Utility emergencies.  Every home has electric service, and most but not all homes have gas.  Gas leaks and electrical fires are very common, and most are preventable.  It is important to understand how these services work in you home in case of an emergency.   It is important to know how to shut off the electricity and gas to your home in the event a natural disaster causes a delay in firefighter response.
